Here at Mini Condos, we believe less is more, and try to design our properties according to that. 

With My Tiny House project, we are focused on sustainable living, where every house will have a yard with a garden where you can grow your vegetables and herbs, and plant your own trees. 

You might know this expression, the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, and the second best time is now. Now you have a chance to plant the tree in your garden and watch it grow. 

We are developing this concept in 2 locations in Montenegro. Whatever you choose, you will be surrounded by nature, nice weather, and fresh air.
