With our design, we always make the most of every square meter.  Clever storage solutions, multifunctional furniture, and natural light-infused spaces create an ambiance that promotes simplicity and ease. The large French windows with Juliet balconies allow to open up the space to the beautiful nature around.

Standard Leaseback Program

With the Standard Leaseback Program, we (the seller) become your tenant, and pay you a regular rent, from the moment you have paid at least 70% of the price of the unit at a 4% p.a. rate. For example, a property bought at the standard price of 554.000€, you will receive a regular monthly rent of 1.846€ no matter if the property is rented or not, as contingencies are transferred to us.
