Standard Leaseback Program

With the Standard Leaseback Program, we (the seller) become your tenant, and pay you a regular rent, from the moment you have paid at least 70% of the price of the unit at a 4% p.a. rate. For example, a property bought at the standard price of 629.000€, you will receive a regular monthly rent of 2.096€ no matter if the property is rented or not, as contingencies are transferred to us.
