The price of the house is 199.000€ when paid all at once. This is a cash price. 

We also have the option of a standard price of 249.000€, where payment is made with each construction phase. 20% is the deposit, 20% when signing the pre-contract, 30% with the start of construction, 20% when the roof is installed, and 10% with the handover of the houses. 

We also offer Leaseback and Leaseback-Casshback contracts, our guaranteed rental income contracts. With this contracts, we pay you the rent even when the property is not rented.
