Our “Blatina all season homes” location sits on a large, sunlit property right beside a clean, mountain-fed river. At Blatina all seasons homes, we have 2 house models available. Each house will have 600m2 of land included in the price!
- 1-bedroom house of 80m2 (gross) on the ground floor level. On the ground floor is an open-space living area, kitchen, dining area, 1 bedroom and bathroom.
- 2-bedroom house of 100m2 on 2 levels. The ground floor level will be the same as in a 1-bedroom house. The main difference is that this house will have 1st floor with the second sleeping room, making it ideal for a place where your guests can sleep.
The project is approved by the city architect, and construction will start in spring 2026. First houses will be ready to move in already in winter2026/2027!
