Our “Riverside” location sits on a large, sunlit property right beside a clean, mountain-fed river. Unlike many areas in Kolasin, this valley location provides plenty of sunlight and open views, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The rural surroundings include small houses and family farms, offering a blend of natural beauty and local charm that’s hard to find elsewhere.

One of the key advantages of this location is the privacy and tranquillity that it offers. If you’re looking to escape the busy city life, this is your ideal spot. Each house is designed to blend in with the landscape, providing you with the privacy and quiet you need. Yet, the community is only a 10-minute drive from Kolasin’s town center and just 20 minutes from the nearest ski slopes, giving you easy access to amenities and outdoor activities.

Property types 

At “The Riverside” location, we have 1 house model available. It is a house 100m2 (gross) on 2 levels. On the ground floor is an open-space living area, kitchen, dining area, 1 bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor is second sleeping room, making it ideal for a place where your guests can sleep.  

Project is approved by the city architect, and construction will start in March 2025. First houses will be ready to move in already in November 2025!
