This ground floor house has an internal space of 50m², with a living room area, kitchen and dining area, one toilet, and one bedroom. With our design, we always make the most of every square meter. Clever storage solutions, multifunctional furniture, and natural light-infused spaces create an ambiance that promotes simplicity and ease. The large French windows with Juliet balconies allow to open up the space to the beautiful nature around.

Optional Kitchen and Furniture packs are available to make your property ready to move in upon delivery.

The house will be built on 350m² plot that is included in this price. Standard Price

The standard price, which applies for a payment plan that follows the progression of the works: 240.000€

The price of the house alone is 155.000€ + 85.000€ is the land. If you wish to have a house with more land you can check our options for other 50m² houses that we have in this location, plot number 3. 

Cash Price

We offer 10% discount from the Standard Price, applies when the full payment is done upfront. The cash price for this unit is: 216.000€

Long-term payment plans

Available upon request, up to 5 years, 60 monthly instalments.

Standard Leaseback Program

With the Standard Leaseback Program, we (the seller) become your tenant, and pay you a regular rent, from the moment you have paid at least 70% of the price of the unit at a 4% p.a. rate. For example, a property bought at the standard price of 240.000€, you will receive a regular monthly rent of 800€ no matter if the property is rented or not, as contingencies are transferred to us. If you decide to pay the property “cash”, then you will start receiving rents even before the property is delivered.

Leaseback-Cashback Program

With the Special Leaseback-Cashback Program, we (the seller) become your tenant, and pay you the rental income for the entire contracted lease period (from 3 to 10 years) at a 3% p.a. rate.
