Standard Price

The standard price, which applies for a payment plan that follows the progression of the works, is for this unit: 564.000€

Price breakdown:

• 132.000€ the land 
• 84.000€ the pool 

Cash Price

The cash price, with 10% discount from the Standard Price, applies when the full payment is done upfront. The cash price for this unit is: 507.000€

Special Guaranteed Rental Income Programs for My Tiny House 

Standard Leaseback Program

With the Standard Leaseback Program, we (the seller) become your tenant, and pay you a regular rent, from the moment you have paid at least 70% of the price of the unit at a 4% p.a. rate. For example, a property bought at the standard price of 564.000€, you will receive a regular monthly rent of 1.880€ no matter if the property is rented or not, as contingencies are transferred to us. If you decide to pay the property “cash”, then you will start receiving rents even before the property is delivered.

Leaseback-Cashback Program

With the Special Leaseback-Cashback Program, we (the seller) become your tenant and pay you the rental income for the entire contracted lease period (from 3 to 10 years) at a 3% p.a. rate.
