The standard price, which applies for a payment plan that follows the progression of the works, is for this unit: 420.000€
The cash price, with 10% discount from the Standard Price, applies when the full payment is done upfront. The cash price for this unit is: 378.000€
Payment plans are available up to 5 years. For example, for this unit, a payment plan over 60 months means a deposit of 268.800€ and 60 monthly payments of 6.720€. These plans are flexible, and you can reduce the monthly instalment with a larger initial downpayment.
For those who wish to deposit the funds into a Notary Account (“escrow account”) there are two options. One with funds released as the works progress (Standard price +20%), the other with the release of funds upon handover of the property (Standard price +30%).
